Join us every second Tuesday evening to experience how easy it can be to meditate.
Discover why most Western People find it so difficult to meditate, learn a powerful yet easy guided meditation that you can do at home in under 10 minutes if you are short of time or 20-30 minutes if you want the full experience.
Led by a local Busselton woman Jodie. Jodie will teach you how to prepare for meditation and guide you through the globally practiced Meditation On Twin Hearts.
